A Barrel Aged Gin
Liberty Tree Barrel Rested Gin starts out as a London dry style gin with a mild juniper focus. It's infused with cranberries, lavender, rose hips, beach plums, coriander, cardamom, orange peels and other exotic botanicals. This gin is further aged in used rum and bourbon barrels to give it an extremely complex flavor with subtle attributes of oak, cinnamon and vanilla.
"Liberty Tree Barrel Rested Gin is for those cocktail enthusiasts looking for something special."
